I have always enjoyed teaching and explaining technical ideas clearly.
Over the years, I have taught students, mentored junior data scientists and researchers, given internal and external talks, and designed training material for professional audiences.
My focus is usually not on making people memorize technical details. It is on helping them build useful mental models: what the technology can and cannot do, how to evaluate claims, how to frame a project, and how to make better decisions.
AI and data training
I design and deliver training sessions on artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, and data strategy for non-specialist and semi-technical audiences.
Typical audiences include managers, executive committees, business teams, domain experts, and data teams.
Example topics
- understanding modern AI and generative AI;
- evaluating AI use cases realistically;
- data quality, risks, and governance;
- build / buy / wait decisions;
- AI project framing and ROI;
- model limitations, hallucinations, bias, and evaluation;
- practical mental models for managers.
